Bored

I am so bored right now! I'm waiting for Chris to get home, he's been working long days lately!
At least he has a work truck now, he got it on wednesday morning and spent the rest of the day at the tool store outfitting it with tools, so when he goes out in the field he has the equipment he needs.
Alex is 2' 8" (2 feet, 8 inches) tall and weighs 26/27 lbs. He's a big boy for being 19 months old.
Other than that everything is good.

I know I haven't written anything lately, but not very much has been happening around here!
I went to the dollar store a few days ago to get stuff to make Christmas decorations, that was fun! And Chris was supposed to have yesterday off and then he had to work so he was given today off, then he got told, as he and the guy he was working with were on their way home, they have to work today. He told the guy who dispatches them that he's not going to work tomorrow (tuesday). The guy who dispatches them wasn't supposed to send Chris out, he knows that Chris' car isn't running and that Chris was going to fix it today, so that we can do major grocery shopping and all of our Christmas shopping.
Well gotta go

Do men ever learn to do things for themselves like pick up their clothes, do laundry, clean up after themselves, make their own lunches at 6 in the morning

My best friend

I finally located my best friend Char yesterday. It was so good to hear her voice and that she's doing well. We talked for almost an hour yesterday, and half an hour today. It's so nice to have someone to talk to! Not that I don't have any friends up here, cause i do, I just don't talk to them very often. The way I see it, if they're not going to show up when they say they're going to and not call to tell me that they're not coming, then why should I waste my time with them!!!
On another note, I've been in contact with my family a lot lately as well, and I am so happy to hear that Anakin (my sister's cat) is doing better. I wish i had a cat up here, but I would have to pay $675 (another damage deposit) to my complex management.
My walls are finally going to be fixed next week, I can't wait. The previous tenants did so much damage to this place that it's disgusting. Don't get me wrong I love my house, but there are so many holes, dents and black marks in the walls, cigarette burns in the carpet as well as holes and stains. The maintenance man came in today to see the damages and he said that he didn't see the place before we moved in because one of the women in the office said that it was ok to go, and that it obviously wasn't so repairs will start ASAP next week! I started washing the walls as soon as he left cause I couldn't stand looking at the tar stains and dirt smudges anymore. I actually have WHITE walls, I'm impressed!!!!
